Anti Ageing Home Remedies

An inevitable part of life is ageing and the fine lines on our face make us realize we are in which step of life. Taking good care of our skin may give us youthful look and others feel jealous.

Follow some home remedies for anti ageing:–

Coconut milk makes the skin glow. Squeeze out the milk from raw coconut milk or buy it from market.

Avocado revitalizes the skin. The natural oil present in avocado prevents skin from drying and gives a fresh and young look. Mash it and apply on skin.

The lactic acid present in milk helps in generating new skin cells. Apply a little milk after washing the face during bedtime.

To remove marks and pigments on the skin, rub raw potato on it. It helps in reducing marks and gives a younger look.

A mixture of glycerine, lime juice and rose water has magical effect on the skin. It gives healthy look to the skin. Apply it twice a day.

Apply honey to reduce the visibility of fine lines.

Lemon juice, a good source of vitamin C acts as a bleaching agent. It fades the melanin pigment and lightens the dark spots. Apply it evenly on the skin and leave for 15 minutes. This is the most promising remedy for anti ageing.

The most recommended eatable for anti-ageing treatment are broccoli, cabbage, oranges, apples and grapefruit.

Egg whites are highly beneficial to remove wrinkles under the eyes. It maintains the elasticity of skin.

Take two apricots, lime juice, two tablespoon of honey and cold milk. Mix it well and apply on the skin. Leave for half an hour and wash it off with warm water.

Take out the content of three capsules of vitamin E in a bowl. Add two teaspoon of yoghurt, half teaspoon of honey and half teaspoon of lemon juice, mix it well and apply with the help of cotton ball. Let it dry for 10 minutes and wash it off with water.

Add a pinch of turmeric powder to sugarcane juice and apply it on the face. It helps removing wrinkles.

Mix the few drops of following oils—sandalwood, geranium, rosewood, rose jasmine, neroli, primrose oil and frankincense. It is one of the best homemade lotions for anti-ageing.

Massaging the skin with ghee, almond oil or coconut oil before going to bed often gives beneficial results in reducing wrinkles.

Drink plenty of water. It hydrates the skin and hence reduces the chance of fine lines.
