Joint Pain Home Remedies

Joint pain confine people from doing many things which once they love to do. It mainly develops as people age. It is not a disease rather it is a symptoms of arthritis, joint injury, joint strain, tendinitis, bursitis.

Try the given below home remedies to treat or for having some relief from joint pain:–

Warm bath is highly recommended for those having joint pain.

Oil massage is also beneficial in joint pain.

Garlic cloves help in preventing the joint pain. Eat raw garlic or fry it in butter.

The anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric help in curing many kinds of joints. Mix half teaspoon of turmeric powder in one cup of warm water. Drink it thrice a day for long-lasting effect.

One cup of milk with half teaspoon of turmeric is wonderful for all kinds of joints.

Prepare a papaya seed tea and drink it four to five times a day. Continue it for two weeks for better results.

Carrot juice helps in strengthening the ligaments and hence helps in curing joint pain.

Dissolve two teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and two teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm water. This solution is known for providing immediate relief during joint pain.

Massaging with warm vinegar during bedtime also provides relief.

Prepare a mixture of camphor, methyl salicylate, eucalyptus oil and menthol. Rub this mixture in and around the affected area. This mixture is said to be one of the best home remedies for joint pain.

Take hot and cold compress. Having it alternatively brings relief.

Do exercise regularly but never opt for those which hurt you and create any tension on the joints. Consult your doctor for this.

Drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins from the body.

Mix olive oil and kerosene oil in 1:2 ratios. This is wonderful balm for joint pain.

Extract the oil Bishop’s weed and massage the joints gently with this oil. A little warm oil provides immediate relief in the joint pain.

Eat four to five tomatoes in a day or prepare a thick tomato soup. Have it twice a day—in the morning and evening. Regular consumption of tomatoes in any forms for two weeks provides relief from joint pain.

Prepare a fine paste of mustard seeds and water. Apply this fine paste in the affected areas where joint pain is being felt. It will help in treating the problem in shorter duration.
